Specialwalk V1.0 officially goes live on 10th February 2026. At launch, the full core workflow will be available including location-based discovery, team management, call scheduling, services, and e-commerce capabilities.
Yes. Specialwalk is built with multi-provider, worldwide support. Users and businesses from any country can join the platform. Location-based discovery allows you to find specialists and services near you, while global reach lets businesses expand beyond borders.
Specialwalk offers free access for basic users to discover services and specialists. Service providers and businesses have access to plans that unlock team management, advanced scheduling, e-commerce capabilities, and AI-powered tools. Detailed pricing will be available at launch.
Users & Account Types
Specialwalk supports four primary user types:
- Users (Customers) — Discover, book, and purchase services or products.
- Service Providers — Offer individual services, accept appointments and calls.
- Businesses — Manage teams, service catalogues, sales, and operations.
- Provider Teams & Specialists — Work under a business, manage schedules and client interactions.
Sign up with your email or social login, choose your account type (Customer, Provider, or Business), complete your profile, and you're ready to go. Businesses will have an additional onboarding flow to set up their team structure and service offerings.
Yes. You can be both a customer and a service provider simultaneously. Account type upgrades (e.g., from individual provider to business) are supported from your profile settings.
Search & Discovery
Specialwalk uses your location (with permission) to surface the most relevant services, teams, and specialists near you. You can set a search radius, filter by category, and sort by availability, rating, or distance. Works globally with support for both physical and remote services.
You can search by:
- Team — Find entire service teams from a specific business.
- Specialist — Search for individual experts by skill, name, or category.
- Service / Category — Browse by type of service or product.
- Location / Area — Filter by city, region, or proximity.
Absolutely. Every specialist and team has a detailed profile including their bio, skills, availability calendar, service offerings, pricing, and reviews. You can browse freely before committing to any booking or purchase.
Calls, Appointments & Scheduling
Find a specialist or service, view their real-time availability calendar, select your preferred slot, confirm your booking, and receive an instant confirmation. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Specialwalk supports a wide range of booking types including call scheduling, appointments, recurring sessions, event booking, time slot booking, and group sessions.
Smart Scheduling is Specialwalk's AI-assisted scheduling system that intelligently suggests the best available time slots based on provider availability, user preferences, timezone, and past booking patterns. It minimises back-and-forth and ensures optimal scheduling for both parties.
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel bookings directly from your dashboard. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each provider. You'll always see the policy clearly before confirming a booking. Notifications are sent to both parties on any changes.
Services & E-Commerce
Yes. Specialwalk includes a full e-commerce layer. Users can browse and purchase physical or digital products from service providers and businesses. Businesses can also list and sell their own products directly on the platform alongside their services.

Multiple payment methods are supported including cards, digital wallets, and regional payment options.
Absolutely. A provider can offer a service (e.g., a consultation), book an appointment, and sell a related product (e.g., a report or kit) — all from the same profile. Your customers never need to leave Specialwalk to complete a full transaction.
All orders are tracked in your central dashboard under Order Management. You'll receive real-time notifications for order status updates. Businesses have a full order management panel to handle fulfilment, refunds, and customer communication.
For Businesses & Teams
Businesses get a full team management dashboard. You can:
- Add and remove team members and specialists

Yes. Your team and individual specialists are discoverable through Specialwalk's search and location-based discovery engine. Customers can find your business team, browse specialist profiles within it, check availability, and book directly — all without leaving the platform.
Businesses have access to a comprehensive operations suite including a sales dashboard, product management, booking management, unified inbox, revenue analytics, notification centre, and order fulfilment tools.
Yes. Businesses operating across multiple locations can manage all branches, teams, and services from a single central account, with location-specific settings for availability, services, and pricing.

Specialwalk provides a Unified Communication system. All messages, notifications, and chat threads are accessible from one central inbox. You can chat with specialists, coordinate with teams, receive booking confirmations, and get order updates — all in one place, with no need to switch between apps.
You'll receive smart notifications for:
